This was seriously the easiest dinner I’ve ever put together besides a PB&J sandwich. Set your oven to preheat at 350 degrees while you prepare the pizzas.
For my toppings I chose freshly minced garlic, chopped spinach leaves, diced jalapeños, fresh cilantro, yellow and orange bell peppers all on stacked on Daiya mozzarella style “cheese”, crushed tomatoes and a drizzle of Just Chipotle Mayo which is also Vegan!
It helps to keep veggies chopped, diced or peeled on deck so whenever it’s time to cook, you’re literally just throwing it all in. It “cuts” your time spent in the kitchen… *pun totally intended*
I like my edges crispy so 20 minutes was perfect. For the perfect pizza, just watch for when the cheese melts (the Vegan cheese takes a little longer than dairy cheese to melt) and go from there 🙂
